Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) BUTTERBALL® Fresh Ground Turkey
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (4 ounces) diced mild green chiles
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook and stir turkey and onion in medium skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink (165°F). Drain any fat. Transfer to slow cooker.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover; cook on HIGH 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese before serving, if desired.
